Admission Requirements

Persons shall be eligible to be admitted to study for a Doctor of Philosophy in Information Technology if they have:

✅ A Master’s degree/ equivalent with a research component (ICT Project or Minor Thesis) in a cognate discipline relating to IT, or a business, engineering or science degree with an IT major including programming, databases, and mathematics, with at least a 60% average, or equivalent qualification approved by the faculty.
