At UPSM&HS, we recognize the critical role that medicine plays in enhancing the health and well-being of our communities. Our mission is to provide a comprehensive and innovative medical education that prepares our students to meet the diverse healthcare needs of Fiji and the wider Pacific region.

We are excited to announce the expansion of our educational offerings, including our Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) program, the Nursing Program, the Bachelor of Medical and Health Sciences (BMHS), and the Bachelor of Public Health. This expansion demonstrates our commitment to addressing the diverse healthcare needs of our communities and enhancing the capacity of our healthcare workforce.  a strategic move aimed at addressing the ongoing shortage of healthcare providers in our country. This initiative reflects our commitment to not only educate our students but also to impact the healthcare landscape positively.
